  37. I don't think so because separate Euronews English videos are available in Russia but live stream is blocked. Any other language streams are available, only English version is blocked. Also Russian government is one of the owners of Euronews. I learn English so I would like to see English stream. I can see Bloomberg, DW, FRANCE 24, Al Jazeera and Fox news, but not Euronews. Very strange...
