  1. One of the most secluded places in the Caucasus is the village of Pskhu in Abkhazia (село Псху). You can't legally buy real estate there, but perhaps you can just live there without buying anything. By the way, beekeeping can be one of the types of farming. I'm not sure if it requires buying land. Trout farming is also common in the Caucasus.

  2.  @natalyamelnikova4154  You won't be bothered by the political situation and very poor economy if you live in a remote mountain village. Look at the beautiful new church in the village of Pskhu and think again if they live badly.
