  2. Apparently the house was built before the mass appearance of automatic washing machines. Therefore, the bathroom is not designed for installation of a washing machine and is now quite cramped. To fit everything, they installed a narrow washing machine with vertical loading and a small sink.

  3. The apartments in New York are older, smaller, more expensive, without a washing machine and with a rotten wooden water tank on the roof. lol
