  1. The oil pit squids were just worms: It was found to be a collection of tubifex worms, which are often found in polluted water. They tend to cluster around one another, and could have potentially made their way into the sludge pit via old piping. They would thrive there, feeding on bacteria and impurites in the sludge until they were disturbed by the cleaning.

  6. It’s BS, but gold CAN be easily panned from the river. This couple documented their exploration of the Headless Valley in the 1950s. The footage is amazing, but nothing paranormal happens. Sadly, instead of looking at all the space between, they only look at overlap. So, when there are 99 facts that point to no connection, the 1 fact supporting the theory will be all that matters.

In all sincerity, I agree, he would be a good history teacher when focusing on topics he’s really passionate and well researched about. This did not seem like one of topics.   21. It is fun but ridiculous to pretend this is a dangerous subject. There is a bestselling book about this, the Washington Post and numerous other major outlets have repeated almost every piece of information recounted in this video. Beyond that, almost everyone who this could put in jail is dead or elderly. Not just that, but it would be a really bad look for someone who had repeated this story to just suddenly die.
