  2.  @dancahill9585 The problem is that the most of these crimes are undoubtedly being committed against the poorest, least powerful minority communities that are barely literate let alone in a position to push Putin out. If this stuff was happening in Moscow and St. Petersburg, I’d say “karma,” but otherwise no.
