  1. I thought it’d take until mid-2025 for Russia to run out of armor. At this rate, it could happen by EOY. The problem with Europe saying Ukraine XYZ without restrictions is that it means nothing without US permission because 80% of those weapons require US permissions on how they’re used.

  2. It’s not easy to replace a rail bridge and that’s what enable GLOCS in volume. I agree that the restrictions will eventually lift, but only if everyone keeps making noise.
