  3. I cried when Kubica’s rally accident (effectively) ended F1 his career. I think any organizer would give Kubica dispensation for license requirements. I thought his FIA super license isn’t still active. He’s been an F1 test driver very recently.

  4. @ I meant he was not going 10/10ths. More like 8.5/10 and making it look easy because he’s Robert effing Kubica. He was also clearly trying to spare the car too much punishment.

  8.  @Richard_Turner Yes. I’d love to see that. But I’m sure every single instructor would of course recognize him. The person at the front probably doesn’t even like cars or racing. They’re just doing a clerical job.

  9.  @rafaeln21 Are you kidding? The EU is far more restrictive than the US. There would be no issue with having a setup like the ring in the US. It’ll just never happen anywhere again because it was a public works program just to provide jobs. You could never, ever make your money back building a 14 mile track let alone in an area with beautiful rolling hills.
