When in dire poverty, a number of them do anything to survive whether they like it or not, a small number are criminals and a small number are smart enough to break away and succeed.   10. Most of the fear is due to miseducation/misperceptions. Coal power plant waste is often as radioactive as nuclear power waste but while all nuclear waste ever produced would fit in a football field sized space six feet deep, all the coal waste would take up incalculable space. And no one freaks out when coal waste is often spilled or dumped into water supplies.
