Humans have evolved to consider larger breasts and butts with fertility. As a man, I'll bang the skinny and the curvy, but prefer the curvy. Not that that has any bearing here. It's also ironic she felt concerned for girl's self-esteem there and then fretted that she looked ugly when obviously she's not.
