He probably considers it misinformation that some of the allegations against Trump that are not corroborated such as the secret service thing as not brought up here.   15. No one said it would be impossible to rig an election. Also, the DNC never alleged Russia rigged the actual voting, but instead that Russia tried to influence voters. Additionally, they said all the investigations showed no rigging. Moreover, Trump the tiny amount of fraudulent votes found were almost exclusively in favor of Trump and when an organization handpicked by the GOP to recount Arizona ballots he actually lost a handful of votes. Finally, why would Russia try to help the democrats. So, yeah, got anything else?

Because what you’re talking about could be a reference to Trump/GOP claims about certain machines being hacked or rigged in xyz manner or that the ballots were manipulated at some stage that would not be possible. No expert said it was impossible it would be impossible to tamper with the ballots point blank.
