  3. That's not a bad return compared to the stock market average but mining companies here in Australia actually pay more than that rental apartment would. And the shares don't "get old" unlike that apartment will.

  4. You understand that the US dollar is A WORLD currency? Or are you one of those average Americans who can't understand anything outside America? Like the fact that the US dollar is THE STABLE currency used ALL OVER Africa. In places like Zimbabwe it's one of the OFFICIAL currencies. Seychelles has like FIVE official currencies, most are foreign.

  20. You know something? ABOUT AUSTRALIA and one part of the reason it's wealthy? We keep bringing in foreigners but MAINLY RICH foreigners. So the chinese and Indians in their new Mercedes-Benz's are driving the house prices INSANE like 500 thousand and 600 thousand US dollars but it BRINGS MONEY INTO the country. You haven't learnt that trick, we have years ago.
