  1. This is the way England has gone. Chasing the dealers and big players versus the average Joe at the bottom. Here in Australia they GO HARD after meth dealers but not so much the average users of weed and stuff. I remember being a removalist and taking a mattress from one house to another, a house full of young university guys. A few months later there was a road block and a bunch of cop cars and a guy on the ground in cuffs AT THE SAME HOUSE. Most likely one was a meth dealer.
