Reminds me of one my sister looked at when she was vetting candidates for the company her husband used to have (since sold). She had one where the guy seemed to have all the qualifications and skills, had worked for multiple large companies but NEVER LONG. And at the end IN CAPITALS "I KNOW MY RIGHTS AND WILL NOT BE THREATENED". She had skimmed thru it and sent it on to him. Next day he said "are you serious?". So she reread it in full and they cone to realise that the guy was very divisive, explaining why these well known companies hadn't had him for long. Fired due to being toxic or trying to cause trouble of some type like starting walkouts.
