As a 12 year old the teachers realized I was a bit different so put me thru a whole battery of tests. Turns out that I am a lateral thinker. Sometimes the obvious isn't obvious but I come up with some VERY different improvisations and ways of achieving things. I'm also conservative and have had sidekicks in my last job, trained people and been left as a free agent to get the job done because they know I'll make it happen unsupervised. I have wanted to take on an existing business that IS failing for the older guys who haven't moved with the times. The market is DEFINITELY there but the efficiency is causing this industry to collapse 10% per year. I hope to move in with my cost reduced version and use assets I already have to give myself a job. Don't need to take over the world, just give myself a good job with a measure of self determination.
