  4. Yeah well... RICH KID SYNDROME. My uncle dumped 4 properties, 3 inherited, down the toilet because he believed everything should be easy and go his way, lazy just like the husband here. I got the one remaining SMALLER farm with debt still on it. Paid it off and am doing quite well and on the verge of a seed and cacti business, just my (corporate) accountant had a pretty bad family event so it's delayed it a bit but we are firing along with the framing of a hothouse and digging the foundations this week. Only concrete, 2 tarps and some gutter left to buy. I'm crap with sales and customer service so my sister who has spent over a decade dealing with her husbands business customers is going to do all that. And have a second guy who is interested in sales on the side because his rent is eating him pretty hard.
