  1. Jesus. I used to walk around with over $1000 in my wallet always in 50s. Ended up stretching the leather or something and it would take like nearly 2000 in the end. I come to realize I would loose a bit if I lost my wallet so now carry only about 300 at a time.

  5. I use the same ones for a few days. I have relatives that think I'm nuts for using paper plates. About $15 a year on plates while they waste half an hour EVERY NIGHT doing dishes. And apparently I'm the stupid one.....

  7. Explain this one. A guy on TV come from India and BORROWED $250 THOUSAND to get a taxi permit here (they generally cost 10% of that) and THEN uber come out and he was buggered. I still can't work out how he got $250K finance on something generally worth 10% of that. I don't know HOW he got ANYTHING financed straight off the bat because usually here you need a yearly business tax statement to finance anything for business. Which means you have to be running for a year before you can buy anything for your business.

  8. Join the club. I earn a reasonable amount and spend not much at all. Can't get a girl but never been in 45K debt and own my house and 2 cars and need to convince myself not to buy a third for something to do, because I wouldn't drive it anyway. Never had a car loan either.

  9. I have heard of people like this. Here in Australian military people go overseas and get HUGE pay while away, come back and buy a new car. My sister was saying thst on base there's all these cars that sit for 6 months THEN the owner comes back but the car never moves coz of a flat battery and eventually there's dust and cobwed covered cars filling a quarter of the car park spaces inside the base.
