@ChucksSEADnDEAD it's true. My brother in law, a qualified certified engineer had a whole ton of graduates who knew but couldn't use their skills in real world use because they lacked the creativity to work within all the parameters required outside of just THEORY

realize that americans are the only ones who don't say aluminium like the apple guy said it. if you asked for aluminu or aluminum anywhere else in the world, they wouldn't know what you meant.

My dad was proof of that. Pulling weeds from the pea and onion crop for his dad

NO MENTION OF TRUMPS THREATS MAKING HIM CHANGE HIS TUNE. like kanye said, kim would have expected to be able to mess around with obama BUT NOT WITH TRUMP. it's amazing how all the extra sanctions and speculations of war ARE NOT MENTIONED. and he knows he wouldn't be in power IF USA ATTACKED coz he'd BE DEAD.

Africa has horrendous infrastructure too. Like power and roads that aren't completely obliterated. Let alone TERRIBLE corruption and hopelessly disorganised ports.

I tend to notice amongst the large amounts of Chinese migrants in Australia, they have ZERO clue on some things us Australians all seem to know. Very basic things on cars and the like. A guy who married a Vietnamese girl told me it's because they're the first generation to own cars whereas we had some cars in the 1920s and everyone had one in the 1940s

@kelvinc.7531 exactly. It was like that in the late 90s with computer people in Australia. I almost became a full blown programmer and later most of my friends and people my parents knew couldn't get work in the area because SO MANY people were trained in computer stuff. More than the economy of the early 2000s needed

REUNIFICATION? have you heard what north korean defectors say about it? they believe it would collapse south korea because all the jobs would go to the northerns who will work for nothing and flood the cities of the south creating squatter camps and then civil unrest between the southerners and northerners. who aren't difficult to spot because of their accent. Not much different to fully opening the border between mexico and USA (with the exception of californian liberals).

Yeah but they try to make it one by moving countries when the price goes up. A coworker in 2013 told me he saw a documentary on how they can transfer ALL the equipment from a whole factory, ship it, and have the new one running IN 6 WEEKS

Noone holds hope because those SAME machines getting 10 times the output can be installed in a Mexican factory

@jieyan7952 chinese politicians can't think about ANYTHING on a long term basis. We've had our economists and development experts help TOO MUCH, but your politicians can't even see 10 years into the future. And they make CONTINUAL short sighted policies. One child policy was one of many. The housing boom was another. You could list at least 100 policies that didn't think far into the future.
