  4. I PERSONALLY know an old German guy whose father owned HIS OWN car company before the war, maybe after. He is very technically minded understanding stuff beyond most people. He was a draftsman for Ford. He designed a CAMLESS engine, which according to his employment contract he had to hand over to ford. Because it was designed when he was a Ford employee. Ford shelved it.

  5. ACTUALLY in the mid 90s there were 2 Australian comedians who went to California and COULDN'T BELIEVE the constant use of "like" every 20 seconds. They were in a restaurant and being used to public speaking...... they stood up and offered US$20 (2 barrels of oil back then) to anyone who could get thru a sentence without using "like" once.... AND NOBODY there could do it. NOT ONE. So its earlier than you think.

At least MOST timing BELT cars don't have the belts in as completely terrible spot (except dodge chrysler isn't great but they're junk cars). You look at the THREE timing chains that you've got to change for the GM 3.6 HF V6.... Nightmare that takes a few DAYS and they've had this engine for 16 YEARS STRAIGHT in GMs in my country.

I got a book on an American guy who made an anti-gravity propulsion system and ended up being interviewed by a magazine, ASSUMING it was fine to talk about but the government department he was involved in went ape and the CIA started getting too close for comfort so before they revoked his passport he done a midnight run to the Australian outback. Book has photos of the magazine article and a thing on HOW IT WORKS..... nothing is too far out. He lives in Australia permanently and wrote the book here.

He was going over a desperate guys texts showing what he did wrong. The guy simply said that "he has a place of his own", which probably meant just rents a single bedroom apartment. The pick-up artist suddenly starts hating on the guy because "he's bragging that he's rich with that statement". I was surprised that he even read it like that and then HAD AN ISSUE with it. The same pick-up artist keeps going on about "HIS BUSINESS" in text messages EVERY time the girl says she's too busy to set a time for a date. You see as he's reading stuff in the videos, he holds it 2 inches in front of his face. CONFIDENT AS HELL, but..... he needs glasses but refuses to wear them, his BUSINESS is just people he's tutoring from his YOUTUBE CHANNEL, his channel IS his big business that he always mentions, and..... he's RENTING an apartment WITH other housemates.... in other words he's not worth much and not going anywhere but all the girls THINK he's someone BECAUSE OF his confidence.

  18. I think this REALLY NEEDS to be shown to all the breakfast TV guys + gals in Australia. Particularly channel 7. Someone on there let it slip that the narcissism is CHRONIC. And YES they have these POINTLESS things about how to NOT EAT CARBS for breakfast and it basically works out "yoghurt or starve".... and a thousand other POINTLESS "researchers say/have discovered" type things. Like I said to a guy at work. It's just total crap and they're trying to fill in time with junk content.

  20. Here in Australia they ACTUALLY ADVERTISE not overusing emergency rooms for stupid mijor things and using generic medicines from the subsidized medicines list instead of premium brands. They ALDO FAMOUSLY had an advert promoting NOT eating candy bars from vending machines which GOT BANNED BY FACEBOOK. They REALLY look at the medicine costs and don't get screwed on prices. They have done something else you'd NEVER HEAR OF in the USA. That is after 10 years all medicine becomes OPEN SOURCE so the generic pharmaceutical companies can make it. The insurance price controls cap the insurance costs at about US$80 A MONTH. But the sheer fact OF HAVING A public system stop private system from RIP OFFS. Makes sense when you think about it. BUT THEY DON'T mismanage the health care system like they do with MANY other things. I think it's because MEDICAL STAFF run the places NOT BEAURACRATS.
