There was the coup by the USA in 2014 and from then on the motto was "the West told us ‘to kill as many Russian civilians’ as possible – Ukrainian Defense Minister" (June 13th 2023). So that is genocide on the own population in the east of Ukraine, which is ethnic Russian. The BBC has reported on it several times in 2014 and the UN has reported about the period of 2014-2021: a million refugees to Russia and 14.000 civilians being killed by the newly installed Kiev regime in the period 2014-2021.
