And the sounds of U, V, W were closer in the past and are much intrechanged over time, so Luiu sound or luiw etc reminds me of lion/ Löwe/ leeuw etc in various languages, which symbolof a lion is on the arms coat of Lviv (and on many flags and arms coats in Europe)

Putin's words ("it seems that these (does he mean the soldiers or the Kiev regime?) are not their people at all" at 4:50 min) tell me that he wants to say that either foreigners are fighting for Ukraine or that the leaders are (working for and maybe are) foreigners but that indeed the Kiev regime (foreigners (behind it) or not) is busy with genocide on Ukrainian people if those are not foreign soldiers.
