  6. 'Draft' in military meaning seems to be a USA word: '(US, usually with 'the') Conscription, the system of forcing people to serve in the military'. Modern slavery in the USA then and as well in the USA hub called Ukraine I guess.

Arty Green is not a name btw but a call sign and it is a former volunteer officer who doesn't live in Ukraine as he says in the interview.
