Russia didn't target the gas storage before because only now there is official speaking of countries planning boots on the ground and that has no other meaning than officially declaring war on Russia. Also the terrorism on civilians in Russia with leads to Ukraine, which Ukraine is funded by the west + he announcement of USA's Nuland of asymmetric warfare on Russia per their funded Ukraine tool is a declaration of war.
