  3. And maybe that is the same as happened in Ukraine. Sending all military stuff is not exactly the same as planning and executing a real and solid strategy. Against poor and weaker countries intimidation alone may have worked, but against Russia and/or Iran and partners that will not work.

  4. France had to leave Niger with their troops and ambassador but the USA Pentagon tries to keep 1100 troops there and offers to fight rebels. So it may feel that the USA takes France's territories of interest in Africa. Spain and Italy Idk. Maybe it is true that there is no real plan besides showing off with some military stuff.
