  9. Ursula is like Zelensky. Both have NO political function. The only politicians are inside the sovereign countries and they are elected by the people in those countries. There are no politicians in any NGO institute, so no politicians or governing capacity in NATO, the EU, WHO, UN and so on, because none have a territory or people to govern.
