  1. If you listen well, then the first part of the sentence (right at the start) is with lower voice and right after that a higher clearer tone. I heard the difference better at 1,25x speed. Maybe indeed drama class result or else AI or so. He alternates between the 2 tone sets, quite notably.

  2. It sounds like he has some speech impediments. I hear lisping sounds all the time around the S (not a clear articulate S) and he swallows parts of words and letters.
