  4. It looks like all governments did break all contact with the people and do only the will of their masters like the EU and the EU is a vassal of the USA. The EU dictates the policies in EU countries so maybe that is why all governments can resign and go home now. I think they want a federal government in Europe like the USA is, but the USA is a company and not a democracy. So therefor no contact with the people any more and no government needed per individual country.

There is not even a declaration of war, not by anyone involved btw. The resigned government is not allowed to make any decisions until a new cabinet is functional.
