So now Blinken directly steers the military of the sovereign European countries (according to the USA and German media) and NATO doesn't need meetings and defining policies and decision making by NATO members any more. NATO is obsolete and not functioning then. Something is very off in this type of media messaging. USA acts like it's the great dictator of the western world, but it isn't so. Or is it?
