And basically every government in which the opposition has less votes than the governing parties is not democratic, because the opposition has zero power to change or protest against anything then. Especially when the referendum (the voting of the people on important matters like supporting a foreign war) is abolished.

  5.  @thelatearthurmorgan6158  Yes, I meant the actual government, a few parties together. that decided to reign the country together. The votes of all opposition parties together are always less in numbers than the reigning parties' votes together. So that is basically a cartel with no real opposition. The back then biggest party (but for a long time (years) not any more if you look at the polls), which selected its government (see the problem there already? no democracy detected but personal preferences of the one PM to be, selecting their own government), holds too much power and is able to refuse access of some parties to co-govern in the coalition. One person of one biggest party denying governing in advance to a few parties, just by announcing that policy, is not a democratic process i.m.o.. The people's votes for those excluded parties by the one person of the one party are denied completely. Those people have in fact no vote because their votes are being denied in advance and are placed in opposition instead of co-governing per default.
