  1. Freezing assets of civilians is illegal, Freezing assets only because of nationality is even more illegal because it is discrimination and that is forbidden in the EU.

  2. They cannot even freeze assets based on nationality, that is pure discrimination. If it's from citizens it is illegal for sure. The confiscating of the legal rent or profit is of course plain stealing. They cannot make that legal. Taxing with the goal of supporting a foreign war or discriminate based on nationality (siding with a country in n armed conflict) is again impossible to view as legal.

  4. The EU has to stop making crimes legal. Only totalitarian dictators do that.
