The USA will have to pay it, because they arranged the coup in 2014 and started the conflict with their desire for the regime change (just like in Haiti and another long list of regime changes in which the USA is involved). The atrocities of shelling the Donbas region for 8 years with 14000 casualties and 1 million refugees to Russia, ethnic cleansing etc.

  11. I think that Ursula is family of Madeline Albrecht, from ancestors or more recent, which Madeline found killing 500.000 Iraqi children worth it for reaching its goals.
