  1. I notice an unusual use of the word matériel at 12:45 min. It is a French word and I never see it in English texts in media. Materiel without stress exists in English (military) language. "From Old French materiel, from Late Latin māteriālis (“material, made of matter”), from Latin māteria (“wood, material, substance”) from māter (“mother”)." (etymology) I think they may be talking about a different thing than 'material' or 'materiel'. Or why is a French word used? Is the text translated from French?
