  3. I think that the EU has taken power that is not legitimate. It is only a club, an NGO, it is not and cannot have a government or a court. Russia can start a legal process against the club and demand its assets back, WITH interest.

Had to look up that guy, appointed by Obama as I read, because of the Trias Politica I guess (sarcasm) in which politics are separated from the courts. I mean, why can a politician appoint a judge in the USA? To me it looks like, besides democracy, also not the required separation between state and court is present in the USA.

Maybe the new 50 billion loan to Ukraine is for paying the 37% loss of private companies and the tax payers paying for that in case of loss after all (Russia will ask the assets + interest back as I think). I don't think that the private money and asset hoarders and vultures will gift anything for free.

  6. Hungary must sue the EU. The EU is and can be only a club for internal affairs. It can have no government/parliament, no court and no jurisdiction of any kind over sovereign people or sovereign countries. Commanding and dictating a sovereign country's policies is illegal.
