The attack on Milei per the state media has started with a story about a horse virus epidemic transmitting to humans (actually humanas y humanos following Argentinian newly invented political gender correctness, which is extremely hard in the Spanish language with male and female words, lol), but later corrected into a horse only disease. It's not a new disease at all (encephalomyelitis = brain/spinal cord inflammation) and mostly a complication possible with any virus but declared an emergency now. But that disease is controlled for decades. I think this is 'news' now because Milei said to go cut in the ministries involved in this.
