I think the names at 13:45 min tell also that there is a Polish Italian Ukraine plan/org, looking at names with cavoli (cabbages in Italian) and zaluzje (Venetian blinds in Polish) and rada-kin (board of afvisors group in Polish). Cavoli being Italian (an Italian biologist who went to join the University army (uh, is that a USA thing?), Zaluzhny Ukrainian (or Polish?) and Radakin (British (with Polish looking name) who rolled into the Navy because the Navy financed his law study).
