No, the neocons will not lose the Golden Age of the West, they will lose their world domination aspirations, just some silly personal mental health problems like greed and power lust, and they will have to trade and be diplomatic towards the other nations instead of invading and robbing other countries to keep the golden standard alive. Win win situation for themselves and for the world.
