  3. I think that Kissinger knows that he lies, but that is to not throw the chance away to attack Russia again within 5 - 10 years like he says that the window is at max. It's like a sales talk, because most western leaders do know nothing of reality and can be convinced easily with lies and nonsense. Idk if Russia and China will put up with this. I think it's extremely annoying to have these childish bullies threatening and attacking others all the time.
