  6. I read that in Ukraine it is constitutionally prohibited to have any negotiations with Russia, so that is why Zelensky cannot negotiate peace.

  7. I think that Ukraine cannot make treaties about 'safety guarantees' with UK and Canada and any other as long as the borders of Ukraine are disputed.

The words "senior Biden administration officials" looks like a carefully constructed superfluous description instead of just saying 'the Biden office', 'the White House' or 'the president'. 3. My perception of truth: It may have happened but not now or recently as I think.
