  4. Why has Ukraine the post stamps laying ready to be published right after an attack? Also there was that wrong post stamp of the Crimean bridge with 2 hits instead of one. Now there is a post stamp with 1 hit visible on the Kremlin instead of 2. Anyway, to feed the developing story: Russia should find out who prints the stamps and who makes the art for it in advance and who orders them to do that. They know things in advance, so those are involved.
