I think that the Russians declined, I could be wrong but I think because of the non acknowledgement about the Red Army having liberated the camp. They will memorate it in their own way and own circles.

eternit2444 'Nuclear' is of no importance, only for desperate ones with misplaced power lust and greed when being defeated. Russia has weapons that are equal in destructive power as nuclear bombs, so there is no need any more to use nuclear, so that promoted fake threat is over as well. Ukraine went the wrong path of neo Nazism, from discrimination to wanting to exterminate a population group of their choice (ethnic Russian people and some other minorities in Ukraine as well, like Roma). Zelensky has been given the chance to change the course but did not grab it, because he is merely a planted actor by the USA in collaboration with Ukrainian and foreign oligarchs. So, why does Ukraine want nuclear bombs NOW? Because the conflict is already over for some time, except for the sacrificing of human lives for unknown purpose.
