That is because the illegal parliament over the sovereign nations has no right of existence. This way the EU makes the said states each accountable for this theft, not the illegal EU parliament. I see his as a words trick, to try to diminish the damage this action does to the European economy.

  4. The EU is the illegal loophole itself. There cannot be a parliament ruling over the sovereign nations and dictating their policies. All the member states are responsible each for their own actions.

  7. Ukraine as a new separate country exists from 1991. That territory was a Soviet province before that, except for the parts\territories that Romania, Poland, Hungary donated to the new Ukraine country (for some obscure, maybe USA/NATO planing reason)
