  1. Feeling power over other people is addictive for some. Many oligarchs are addicted to that as I think, which is not a healthy situation for them and for the people (slaves) being ruled and dictated by them. Not many oligarchs really care for the people with their heart and really share the wealth. Most seem to have mental issues, like narcissism, power lust and control freaking. Money and assets hoarding is also addictive. It will never be enough for some. It all looks rigid and compulsive to me. Are those people and entities free? No, I think that they are prisoners of themselves.
