  7. Rutte doesn't understand Russia's economy, because he apparemtly doesn't know that Russia's MIC is state owned for the most and doesn't cost as much as it does way way more in the west. He seems very bad informed and not knowledgable about economy in general. Focusing on a detail but losing the overview.
