  1. Biden and Nuland were in the administration of Obama in 2014 and had the hand in the coup in Ukraine in 2014. So I don't think of Obama being benign. Biden also has been proven to be corrupt with actions in and about Ukraine. Nuland has much blood on her hands from her regime change/coups action over decades.
