  1. It's not possible for the EU to tax citizens. The EU has no territory and has no citizens to govern. NATO also hasn't, nor has WHO and UN. They are institutes and clubs with nation members only. All these clubs cannot tax citizens. Interesting is that all these clubs are corporate-USA led and dominated.
