If Kamala's uniform pic would be real, I would think that Kamala is a man, because her head is smaller than the original and planted lower on the body, so the shoulders look very wide and manly. Together with the long arms (which look longer because of the too small head photoshoped on the bigger body) it would be a male in my view.
