  2. The NATO NGO (non governmental org) cannot press fo any polical decision inside sovereign nations. Nor can the EU NGO, because the EU parliament is illegitimate, as is the EU court. NGOs cannot have such things or have political power.

  6. Those heads of NGO's like NATO and the EU are not elected by the people. They are appointed by collegues and interested companies (corruption). Macron was elected long ago, before the war stuff, but refuses to step down even if he has only 1% or zero support of the population, so that is a dictatorship. Rutte did that also in the Netherlands, elected 16 years ago and then he did not go away when the people vote others. They have several tricks for that purpose. Rutte only finallly did go because he got a better job offer.

It can only mediate between nations (in an advisory rle only, never restrict or punish policies) and advise the nations, never govern them or their territory or their people, never punish the nations or their people. All political elements of the EU have to be removed.

Same as the trading org called the EU did a few decades ago and formed its illegal parliament. Of course Rutte has no legitimacy to state anything political towards the sovereign nations, dictating policies.
