At Redacted channel I saw that the USA State department released a document now called 'Integrated Country Strategy Ukraine' in which they describe the goals of the USA in Ukraine (as if it's their task or jusrisdiction), which is basically about the 'de-oligarching of Ukraine but they forgot to mention the re-oligarching by the west, like of Blackrock, Monsanto/Bayer etc.
