The extra long 2-day trip by Blinken and Nuland to Kiev could also be to bring in other things by their plane or to get out people for exxample, the fleeing the country of some important to the USA head pieces. I even sometimes think that all are long gone or dead and that only the military which is still active in Ukraine needs to see the real ones in power or their top messengers: Nuland/Kagan influencers & co.
