  1. I don't think that it was Joe Biden. The hands were dark like Obama's and the face yellowish and round & smooth like a baby face. I thought the eyes were different, more open and lively, not like Joe's. Also the contour was sharp like a cut out and that points to a green screen production. I think it could be a CGI production including the voice or an old still unused speech with green screen editing for example

You're right about the make up. I went to look again now and in the 11 min vid of ABC news at 0.52 min his left ear jumps upwards, when he says 'this sacred task'. Not real.
