  1. Shelling civilian targets in Donetsk for 8 years from 2014 - 2022 is of course terrorism with a genocidal nature. Also in 2014 the president of Ukraine Poroshenko expressed that the inhabitants of DPR and LPR were seen and treated as lesser beings by their government. Enough evidence for discrimination and contempt for the lives of civilians in eastern Ukraine.
